Mr. Kunz has spent over forty years with this law firm engaged in personal injury litigation in both Federal and State courts. He has represented severely injured persons in cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and premises liability.

He has also handled complex litigation including a Federal Court matter which resulted in an award in excess of twenty million dollars. He has obtained verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars in cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence. He has multiple substantial verdicts or settlements in cases arising from products liability, slip and fall premises liability, and other types of personal injury claims. He and other members of the firm have successfully commenced class actions involving nursing home care and amusement park negligence.

Mr. Kunz is a graduate of Albany Law School where he was editor-in-chief of the law review, elected to the Justinian Society and awarded other prizes for academic achievement. Prior to law school, he attended Union College in Schenectady, New York where he graduated with honors in his major area of study.

Following graduation from Albany Law School in 1968, he had a clerkship as a law assistant with the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department. He has handled numerous appeals in both the New York State Appellate Divisions and Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
