George J. Szary, Esq.

Mr. Szary concentrates his practice in the area of litigation and has extensive trial experience. During his career he has successfully represented many catastrophically injured individuals in a variety of personal injury settings.

He has obtained substantial damage awards for victims of Medical Malpractice in complex matters involving vascular surgery, failure to diagnose cancer, obstetrical malpractice, and podiatric malpractice, including winning a then record verdict of $3.47 million on behalf of a victim of psychiatric malpractice.

Mr. Szary has also tried and/or resolved countless Motor Vehicle cases in favor of his clients, handled Products Liability matters involving medical devices and failure to guard industrial equipment, and successfully managed a variety of Premises Liability matters involving negligent design, maintenance, and supervision, as well as toxic exposure to environmental hazards such as lead and carbon monoxide.

Mr. Szary is a graduate of New York University School of Law. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Albany where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
